Jonathan Cohen from Kontera comment
I was surprised today to see a comment to one of my posts from Jonathan Cohen of Kontera, the company behind contexual in-text ads. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a comment from any other affiliate network company on anyones web site or blog even if it is only talking about their service, It impressed me – it just goes to show they are looking out for the little guys just as much as the big ones. High Bounce Rate
I’ve been examining my Bounce Rate lately with Google Analytics, Bounce Rate is based off someone coming to your site from say a search engine query or from a direct link, reading or not reading the content that is on that page and then leaving without reading anything else on your site. Mine was 44% which I thought was maybe a bit too high. Microsoft Image Composite Editor ICE
I did some Googling the other day as I was in need of a program to stitch together pictures when I came across a site I had never heard of before Microsoft Research. The results from Google showed a link to a program called Microsoft Image Composite Editor (ICE), I read the little spiel they had about it and decided to try it out, The program worked perfectly, I didn’t even have to manually line anything up the program did it all by itself.
